Academic Culture in the Movies
Do You Understand Integrity?: Academic Integrity Seminar
This assignment will require you to watch a movie that features some sort of academic culture. A list of appropriate movies is attached below.
You will need to write a 1-page, single-spaced paper with 1” margins in size 12 Times New Roman font and discussing the follow issues:
- Describe the academic culture in the movie.
- What aspects of academic integrity are present in this culture, if at all? (cheating, turning in other students, etc.)
- How does this culture compare to the culture at the University of Oklahoma?
Papers will be running these papers through Turnitin.com, so DO NOT PLAGIARIZE.
You do NOT need a lengthy, double-spaced header. This will only take away space from your analysis of the movie. All I need is your name and the title of the movie. Do not space in between paragraphs either.
