sentencing is in the hands of the judge. yet, as time has passed, the judges‘ authority to sentence has been increasingly taken over by the legislative branch of government.
Do you think this process of limiting a judges discretion is a good or bad idea?
I’m pro-courts but also for the people, please be fair to both sides of the law
