This is an analogy paper for a first year law school student. The paper is to be 500-800 words with the following: 1. An outline with a thesis statement. The outline is to be in complete sentences — any format for this is acceptable. The thesis statement is to be at the top of the outline. 2. A bibliography — either footnotes or endnotes are acceptable. 3. 4-6 sources (not wikipedia). The topic of the paper is the following: Analogize the legislative process to the judicial process. Think about similar tasks and characteristics. Consider also how they are different.
