Write 2500-3000 word essay on the suggested topic below. Apply your skills of analyzing information and developing arguments gained over the course of the semester. Students are required to identify and use relevant information in support of their position.
Explain the difference between deductive and inductive arguments. Illustrate the difference with examples from empirical science (such as physics) and theoretical science (such as mathematics). Explain the importance of each type of the argument.
