Overview
InQuizitive is a formative, adaptive learning tool designed to test student knowledge and promote a better understanding of important concepts presented in the textbook.
Instructions
For each chapter of the textbook that is assigned, you will be assigned an InQuizitive activity.
Each activity consists of a series of questions that become tailored to you, based upon your understanding of the material.
All questions in InQuizitive contain interactive elements and provide immediate feedback.
Questions may require you to drag-and-drop elements from one place to another; find and click a choice, a part of an image, or a part of a sentence; or type something to answer the question.
After every click, drag/drop, or keypress, InQuizitive will provide feedback based on your answer.
If you have read your assigned reading and have a solid grasp of the material, you will complete an InQuizitive activity more quickly than if you are struggling. You will also receive more questions on the learning objectives you are struggling with most.
There is no “I give up” or “Show me the answer” button in InQuizitive. Every question is designed to guide you to generate the correct answer on your own, even if you do not know the answer when you start.
InQuizitive will tell you when you have answered enough questions to be assigned a grade. Time spent in InQuizitive will vary, but you should expect to spend about an hour for each activity.
