- Question(s) to consider: How does the protagonist (main character) find his/her identity? Does that identity change throughout the course of the novel?
- Slide 4 – Theme 2 (30 pts.): Dreams – Incorporates an appropriate image and summarizes the theme of dreams using three to four bulleted phrases. You will further explain dreams using specific examples from your novel through the voiceover.
- Questions to consider: What is the dream of the protagonist? Did he/she achieve their dream? What hindrances blocked his/her path?
- Slide 5 – Theme 3 (30 pts.): Protest – Incorporates an appropriate image and summarizes the theme of protest using three to four bulleted phrases. You will further explain protest using specific examples from your novel through the voiceover.

- Slide 7 – Reflection (15 pts.): Incorporates an appropriate image and a concluding phrase. Using voiceover, you will share your reflection of the novel. This reflection should include your thoughts about why you liked/disliked the novel, what you most identified with in the novel, and any modern or spiritual connections you made with this novel.
