In the chapters for this week, the selected authors discuss organizational culture, values, and ethics. Ethical challenges in leadership never fully recede, with new challenges arising in every decade. A leader’s values are expressed through their ethical behavior and the type of culture they foster in an organization. The culture of an organization guides organizational members’ behaviors, including ethics.
- What potential do you see for these three concepts to transform organizations in the future?
