On pages 163-167 Hickman (2016) discusses the emerging field of shared and collective leadership. This perspective (mostly written about and researched since 2000) is an emerging approach to leadership that is growing in popularity in some organizations.
Discuss:
A) the strengths and weaknesses of these theories (include at least one strength and one weakness),
B) your experiences with shared and collective leadership, and
C) opportunities for shared and collective leadership in your organization. Make direct reference to the class text or additional texts.
