Your group will continue work on the Project Management Plan that was developed in PM504. From previous, courses, students should have a solid baseline in terms of schedule, cost, and scope. This assignment will define how to implement various control(s) during project execution. Students will update their project management plan with sections (or individual plans) that describe how to control for various knowledge areas (KAs) during execution phase:

E. Schedule
F. Cost
G. Scope
H. Procurement
This should include the following:
A. Stage Gate Review Process including:
i. What points in the project for the reviews (process or product based?)
ii. Key performance measures for each stage
iii. Decision process
B. Processes that are followed to monitor each knowledge area
C. Tools and Techniques utilized to monitor each knowledge area
