This is an individual project to present your findings and opinions of a policy or related staff reports that have been approved by Toronto City Council. Your individual review will offer a critique of a staff report, how the report has been amended by councillors, its impact on citizens, its
compliance with other orders of government regulations, and your own recommendations as for further action by Council. Do not provide a summary of the report, rather, you will need to analyze a staff report on its strengths, weaknesses, areas that you would improve, and thoughts on what the stakeholder response will be. This essay should reference and evaluate the city staff report and the principles that direct its policy. Be sure to incorporate scholarly research on your chosen staff report.

You may choose any municipal police topic, some examples include homelessness, quality jobs and wages, the housing market, Aboriginal affairs, infrastructure and environment, anything municipal policy related
double-spaced, 12-point font, APA citation style. In addition,
