Assignment Instructions
This assignment is one piece of the Major Paper Assignment due in Week 7.
For this Media Proposal assignment, students must submit a two-paragraph summary, describing the proposed specific example of substance use portrayal in the media for use in the Major Paper. Students will have an easier time completing this assignment if Step 1 is completed first.
The summary must be typed directly into the Assignments box or uploaded and submitted for grading here by the end of Week 3. It is worth 100 points and 5% of the overall course grade.
The Media Proposal will be evaluated using the rubric below:
