You are to write a one-page (minimum) to three-page (maximum) research paper on soft skills/transferable skills/professional skills in the workplace. Include your title page or your works cited page.
You will need to tell me what soft skills are; why they are important; and why so many people are missing these necessary skills today.
You will need to name and describe at least 10 soft skills needed in the work force.
You must have at leave three sources (references) and you must follow proper APA format (double space, 12 pt. font). DO NOT USE WIKIPEDIA as a source. You must also follow proper APA formatting for your works cited page.
This paper will be uploaded to the assignment link in the Research Project folder; therefore, make sure it is your own work and everything is properly cited and referenced.
Use complete sentences when writing. Always capitalize the word “I” and all derivatives of the word “I”. Do not use contractions in academic and professional writing.
Make sure your paper is typed in Word. When you are finished with your paper please save your file as LastName, FirstName Research Project Fall 19. Then upload your file to the TurnItIn link in the Research Folder.
