- Describe
the clinical assessment data from your assessment of your patient and the
client’s situation, background data, present living situation, how the patient
went through developmental/psychosocial stages according to stage theorists,
present level of functioning, and a full mental status exam write up (using the
standardized format posted);
- Identify the key client problems from your consistent theoretical perspective, using theory-specific language

- Set treatment goals from your consistent theoretical perspective, that are relevant to your case;
- Identify three interventions you will use with your patient that are relevant to your case and identified goals and are consistent with your theoretical perspective;
