[400 words] Discuss in your own words, 5 factors [500 words] which will influence a company to outsource and how they will decide what HR process(es) to outsource. Analyse [800 words] the BP-Exult deal and answer the following questions: If you were the CEO of BP, how would you have reacted to each of the six factors in terms of risk for your company, impact and contingency plan to avoid any disruption.
