Sometimes problematic situations at work compound to an elevated level and ordinarily you are able to cope with and handle them effectively. But this week, you have noticed that you are becoming easily agitated, have a quick temper, and are avoiding your employees or have been slow to respond to them. As manager of your department, you are required to motivate, resolve issues timely and recommend multi-level tasking or provide guidance to your team.
