Moreover, it is the commonly used channel in making official communications. I would use simple words to prevent complexity in understanding the message. Similarly, avoiding the use of ambiguous terms would be of the essence in preventing misunderstanding. As opined by Carroll (2015),  I would avoid excuses when addressing the people waiting for the work by being straight forward and informing them of the reasons why I might need more time in working on the document. Need for good quality in the final document would be the main reason as to why I would require a longer deadline since working under such pressure may result in low quality work. Lastly, I would urge the recipient to give me feedback.
