Human resource encompasses actions and activities undertaken by a firm to ensure that all employees from each department perform their duties in a manner that are aimed towards the achievement of a company’s goals. In human resource, there are different certification levels that build an ultimate career of a graduate; the variety includes Human Resource Marketing, Human Resource Finance, Human Resource Relations, and Human resource Administration (Hendry, 2012).
As one is a specialists in Human Resource Management (HRM), it helped in the integration of leadership principles of a business, all concepts of motivation, power, and managerial skills. HRM also aim ed at exploring all strategies needed to absorb and recr uit high performing employees to leading level of firms. Moreover, HRM aids in collaborating the networking of workers of different levels by means of affiliated groups citing an example American Military Society (Hendry, 2012). Besides, most activities of interview applications are run by a human resource management department. It is also responsible for providing orientation and learning skills that would help in studying and self-knowledge on all skills in the specified type of work. Human Resource Department assist companies in the study of human behavior and current regulations, as well as provide a healthy working serene environment (Mathis & Jackson, 2008). Therefore, HRM can be seen as a function that helps in creating a culture where all workers of a firm are motivated and positively rewarded and bringing the development and all related arrangements to the professional growth of employees.
Human resource also advances the efficiency of technology used to analyze, collect, and interpret data in the workplace to det ermine required objectives of a company (Messmer, Bogardus, & Isbell, 2008). This makes human resource management an art of molding and building the success a firm’s business processes. Thus, any human resource manager should make necessary inferences taking into consideration the collected information to ensure that employees are assigned with tasks corresponding to their skills and experienc es.
Options for Certification in Human Resource Management
As a student, I see Human Resource Management as my potentiality to build a career since it largely helps me in understanding the basics of leadership enrollment and operations of my firm, achieving job success, and in increasing my performance, which is geared toward both the personal and professional development. In turn, the management will always assist employees in understanding their workability and always facilitate good performance by means of precise interviewing and training offered to them during orientation (Hendry, 2012). Similarly, while managing employees in my team, various HRM activities and initiatives give me and my colleagues a guide on improving the professional skills and accepting our working culture. Payroll, workers attendance, and benefits of the administration including all types of recruiting will always be managed effectively in my department. In addition, the HR department determine and develop the structure of divisions, their locations, as well as resignations,termination, promotion, and transfer of work staff (Mathis & Jackson, 2008). Therefore, as a newly graduated student, I have a great number of business opportunities provided by human resource management within a company .
Other aspects of HRM will focus on management of information systems, application to retirement, employee self-service, and knowledge developments. Human Resource Management will always be an aid to programmed work statistics and a forefront to the success of a firm (Mathis & Jackson, 2008). In addition, all operational, transformational, and relational services concerned with business related processes play a crucial role in HRM. The sector also offers potentiality in improving client services in acompany, its efficiency, and cost effectiveness.in turn, it will allow strategic partnership in reaching the success by an organization.
