  10. 1 direct response to the accident causing the crisis)
  11. 2ed During the crisis (an update)
  12. 3 after the crisis
  13. A spokesperson: who and why? (100 Words Maximum) choose someone in the company and explain why
  14. Communication strategy: key values that should be emphasized by body that could vary according to the type of the crisis (700 Words Maximum)
  15. Form a crisis communication team: names, positions and rationale (200 words Maximum)
