Part 1: Research Proposal (500 – 750 Words maximum)
The assessment criteria for this assessment item are:
Research project: Identifying key areas of integration in business and management
- In the above context, it is important to first identify & formulate a key problem situation (key objective/main problem) governing a business of your choice
- Deduce at least one primary objective and four secondary objectives that challenges or supports the main problem (use the findings at a later stage to answer the main question)
- Identify & highlight some key theories, frameworks, and literature review which supports your problem/s identification (do this individually for both primary and secondary research questions)
- Briefly explains the research methodology undertaken/planned to conduct the research (quantitative or qualitative or both – including specific techniques)
- Based upon the literature review stated in dot point 3 propose a conceptual framework that which you would want to test in your research project.
- Provide a clear integration of the theory, literature, and concepts in identifying the drivers representing the main problem identified in this research and that which is proposed for testing.

- Reflects high level of academic vigour, well written, persuasive and properly referenced.
