Make a reflective paper about the content and the process of the group assignment. Remember: Reflection is different from evaluation
Content:
- Frontpage: title, name/id, date
- Short summary of the group paper
- Reflection on theory: what did you find strong and what not about the theory, motivate this! What are your lessons learned?
- Reflection on the group process (cooperation, outcomes) what and why was in it for you, what are your lessons learned?
- Reflection on the recommendations: Do you believe in those recommendations? (motivate)
- Ethical personal reflection on one of the effects of the recommendations, using the van Luijk’s 7-steps-method

- My group members are very hard worker and responsible.
- My husband was a remote area employee , I have been part of the challenge facing the human resource function in Saudi Aramco, namely, the work-life balance. My husband had to work over 17 years in remote areas. Therefore, the challenge of the poor work-life balance has been a personal challenge which gives me discussion of the issues involved more authenticity.
