Please review the contributions that you and your colleagues have made to the project team assignment required for this course.  Fill out the values for those contributions (Scale of 0 to 5) that you believe are appropriate to assist the Instructor arrive at the individual final grades for this course.

The Instructor may adjust the individual grades of the team members as appropriate based on you and your colleagues’ assessment of the individual project team members’ contribution to the project.

 

Based on the Instructor’s rubric criteria for contribution to the project team assignment, the values to be assigned for the Group members’ contribution include:

 

0 – No contribution;                                                   3 – Met some of the criteria;

1 – Unacceptable contribution to the project;            4 – Met most of the criteria, and;

2 – Met the minimum criteria;                                    5 – Met all of the criteria for the project

Explanation of the Evaluation Criteria

 

  1. Participation Level: Attended all of the scheduled Project Team meetings as agreed; actively participated in the group discussions.

 

  1. Materials Preparation: Shared the workload; completed individual assignments as agreed and on timely basis.

 

  1. Collaborative Attitude: Demonstrated respect for the views of the Project Team Members; honored colleagues’ contributions to the project; made positive contributions to the Project Team by consistently listening, critically questioning, volunteering ideas, and accepting critique.

 

  1. Communications w/ Members: Initiated and responded to communications as necessary between meetings; exhibited appropriate argumentation and critical thinking skills.

 

  1. Work Quality: Produced quality of work that was consistent with the syllabus criteria; the quality of the work was appropriate for the assignment; demonstrated knowledge of the course concepts and assignments.

 

 

MEAN RATING: The mean of the ratings given to each member of the Project Team as follows:

  2. The Instructor will calculate the mean for each learner;
