Think through the two models of followership presented in the “Focus on Followers” assigned portion of your text, and included in the associated PPT presentation. These models are also included in Dr. video presentation on “Followership for Practicing Managers”.
In your first post, choose your preferred followership model and state why you think that one makes more sense to you than the other. Then, for that model, choose the followship category that best describes you in a follower role in your current job or a recent one. Be sure to use descriptive examples in applying the framework and your analysis. The forum posting should be 2 full paragraphs showing you understand and can apply the model. Be sure to use clear writing, and proofread. Start a new thread; you will not be able to read your colleagues’ posts until you have posted yours.
