Purpose
The purpose of this discussion is to evaluate the skills and competencies needed to be an effective and innovative entrepreneur/intrapreneur to promote high-quality patient-centered care through service and advocacy on healthcare and non-healthcare advisory groups and task forces.
Instructions
Reflect on the lesson and readings this week and respond to the following:
- Explore the evidence-based solution to your identified practice problem and pitch your idea to the class “audience.” As you pitch your idea, examine how the project is each of the following:
- Innovative
- Promotes safe, high-quality patient-centered care
- Entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial
- Explain why the approach you selected would be effective in the delivery of your idea.
